"Padi Villas was as described and presented on the site - accurately described. The villa was private and we loved the outdoor/open air feel of the shower and bathroom area, of the private pool and gazebo was fabulous! The staff were very courteous and attentive, service was quick and attentive. Menu could have been a bit more extensive....and maybe priced a bit less. Food quality was good. The 24 hour golf cart at your disposal was great. However, the shuttle service to the city was only 3 times...

"Where to begin. Black Penny Villas is simply incredible. The villas themselves are fabulous! Make sure to book the River view rooms. From the private infinity pools overlooking rice terraces, to the staff who were very attentive and knew us by our names, to the amazing food. There was nothing negative about our stay. "Very nice! I would stay here again if/when I return to Ubud. Location is gorgeous and not too close to downtown, so it's relaxing and quiet. It's easy to get a cheap Grab bike or car to go anywhere. There are at least 3 pools and they're beautiful; I swam in them multiple times and it was so nice and refreshing (: The staff is so, so, so amazing, kind, and helpful! They were really accommodating. I got really sick (not from the hotel, just some super bad flu I picked up along my solo travels)...
