"Okay-ish hotel - nothing great at all, except the facilities. Front desk staff aren't very welcoming or polite - they just do the check-in and don't volunteer any additional information, until asked. Family room - shockingly small! Had to call Reception and remind (despite requesting in-person earlier) about bed for kids which should have been included & prepared. Also, it is a make-shift bed, not a sofa bed. Not comfortable at all, just 2 things put together and there is absolutely no room to...
