"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "The staff is very helpful and nice. The room is in a good condition but it was not very clean. The mattress was old and dirty however when i talked to the staff they immediately provided clean sheets and covers . overall stay was ok."

"Basic apartment, well situated in Talas, free parking and 24 hour reception. When we arrived, nothing of all the equipment metioned in the description was available but when we asked, they immediately provided everything (towels, toiletry, hairdryer, coffee and tea...). Wifi quality average: not working in the bedroom. Not enough powerpoints for charging battery. Apartment was not bad but could use some renovation. Very friendly and helpfull staff at reception!"
