"Okay-ish hotel - nothing great at all, except the facilities. Front desk staff aren't very welcoming or polite - they just do the check-in and don't volunteer any additional information, until asked. Family room - shockingly small! Had to call Reception and remind (despite requesting in-person earlier) about bed for kids which should have been included & prepared. Also, it is a make-shift bed, not a sofa bed. Not comfortable at all, just 2 things put together and there is absolutely no room to...

"Spending a day skiing in Erciyes (25min drive) This hotel is amazing , pictures do not do it justice. We have been lucky enough to travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels , this boutique hotel is one of the best we have stayed in Great service , rooms are unique yet fully kitted out , ours had a jacuzzi. Breakfast was also great. Would not hesitate to recommend. Loved it 10/10 "

"When I arrived in my room, it was really dirty. The floors were filthy, it didn't look like the bed had been changed and the shower had clumps of hair in the drain. The bathroom was generally dirty. However, the staff were very kind and accommodating when I asked to change rooms. I was immediately moved to a different room that was significantly better. The location is certainly convenient, within walking distance of the central area - restaurants, shops, Kayseri Castle, etc. But it's a bit...
