"Extremely convenient as it sits right in-between Tokyo and Yokohama. It's essentially attached to JR Kawasaki station making transportation simple. Prices are reasonable, readily available, and rooms are a little bigger than average for Japan. The hotel is clean and the facilities have been updated. Finally, the surrounding area is lively and vibrant, with tons of places to shop and eat. Also a great place to avoid the crowds of Tokyo. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Pleasantly surprised with the room size, (though some may still find small) it was bigger than some other budget hotels we have stayed at in Tokyo. "Great hotel in the heart of Ikebukuro. It’s more quiet and loosely packed compared to Shibuya or Shinjuku if you’re into that. Stations for JR lines and other local trains are dotted all around the property. Service and staff are really helpful despite language barriers, although language barriers should be thin these days due to modern technology. If you manage to get a room up high you’ll have a nice view of the city. "
