"Staff are extremely helpful. It will be nice if there is a swimming pool and sauna/onsen for relaxing. Location is perfect with train stations close by."

"We rented two rooms with 3-single beds for our family of five. We were there for three nights. The room is a little tight based on American standards but it was cozy. "All good."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful but English was limited. Excellent location for ferris wheel, hotel opens into huge shopping mall, restaurants and very convenient to train station. Room was very comfortable and just as depicted on website. Amenities were limited on bottled water, and we our room included complimentary refreshments. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great to have airport shuttle. The breakfast was excellent with variety meal to try. Staff was nice."

"Good place to stay"
