"Clean room"

"My stay at Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport hotel was fantastic. Its location was accessible & the shuttle bus arrived on time. I appreciated the closet as some hotels don’t have closet space. I will definitely be returning."

"Literally perfect!"

"4'th hotel on this trip and by far the best. Room much larger than all the others and also a stunning view from the window."

"It was nice"

"It was great. I took the smoking room which came with Mount Fuji views. Thank you to all the staff members. It is clear that they make this hotel great 👍"

"As a frequent visitor to the Metropolitan, I’m never disappointed."

"Excellent place to stay the staff was very nice helpful and polite"

"Very clean and quiet property. Staff was helpful and kind. Located in beautiful neighborhood close to everything."

"everything about the hotel and the staff were exceptional. The only thing is I wished our room has more electrical outlets or the room provided an extension cord with multiple outlets. I have to plug and unplug between the coffee machine and the hot water kettle to use in between because there was only one outlet available."

"Super clean and quiet!."
