"I stayed quite a few days here, the Eiwa stations are just crossing the street, it was really easy to use as starting point to commute to other transport main lines. Breakfast was really good, employees kind and helpful, they had no issue in communicating through translator which was a good thing as a non Japanese speaker. "We stayed at The Royal Park Hotel Iconic Osaka Midosuji and overall had a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful throughout, and the room itself was clean with a very comfortable bed, which made a big difference after long days out. However, there were a few details that let the experience down. Basic items like face towels and dressing gowns weren’t provided, which you’d typically expect at this level. The biggest frustration was the bin being placed right next to the bed — not ideal when you’re trying to sleep. We moved it ourselves, but housekeeping kept putting it back in the same spot, which became quite irritating. A decent stay overall, but a few small changes would significantly improve the guest experience."
