"Booked 1 night stay for wedding anniversary. We were allowed for early check in, was surprised with the decorations in the room. Isabel from FO and the indian uncle stationed at the 6th floor club lounge is very friendly. "

"The overall experience was quite good. Three items prevented our rating from a 10. First, the numerous power outages that caused stoppage of elevators. Second, the room was nice but larger suitcases had difficulty in the space. Third, the shower hot water was not sufficiently hot although the sink was perfectly fine. If those items can be corrected you would get a 10 rating from us."

"Located near Marina Bay Sands, this hotel was really conveniently placed and had good transport links to get around Singapore very easily (a 3-minute walk from Promenade MRT which had links to two train lines). The hotel itself was extremely clean and the staff were superb. We were pleasantly surprised with how large this hotel was (38 floors), and yet was incredibly peaceful and quiet. We even got a complimentary room upgrade which was lovely!"
