"My second time visiting in less than a year! Absolutely love this hotel. The service is incomparable and the food is exquisite. Our favourite options were the traditional Cretan restaurant Elemes and the Seafood restaurant Bony Fish. The service and the cuisine were star-worthy in both. My advice? Take the staffs recommendations on dishes of the day. Lots to do in the hotel's complex such as shopping ( I spent too much money here!) and snorkelling in the sea. The spa stocks brands like Davines which thoroughly impressed me as it is a sustainable B-corp brand that I love. The most incredible sunrise and sunset views! Already dreaming of our next visit. My only minor comment is that I would have appreciated a later check out option. Currently late check out is only available until 12pm and I would have preferred to be able to spend a few extra hours in the room by our pool rather than waiting to leave. "

"For me this was a near perfect set up if you want to relax and unwind, having a collection of villa's rather than a single building means it doesn't feel cramped, likewise being spread out over a big site meant you rarely felt you had to worry about getting a space by the pool like you can at other places. The staff could not be more helpful, most of the extras food and drink where good value and a mini market onsite meant you could top up any supplies easily. No real negatives other than the "mocktails" were incredibly expensive compared to normal soft drinks but that is a choice I made equally the local town is VERY touristy and so don't go there expecting an authentic Greek experience. If I want to chill for a week by the pool in the sun this would be top of my list."

"Absolutely perfect place. The hotel and grounds are beautiful in design and construction. The location, on a sandy beach with a protect small harbor, could not be better. The food options were good and the food excellent. But as important, the people: beyond compare. We’ve stayed at a lot of 5 star resorts and Nana Princess ranks in the top if not #1. "

"Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend "

"Exceptional stay. The property was amazing with lots to places to chill and relax. The food was absolutely amazing With lots of variety in the buffet including for kids and toddlers. Perfect for a family trip. They had thought of everyway to make our stay comfortable and even gave us an upgrade to all inclusive. Highly recommend and a must visit"

"Spent an amazing 2 weeks here with my family. The hotel was lovely and spotless clean. All the staff were so nice from the front desk manager and the ones working on the desk also all the bar staff at pool bar and the cloud bar. They couldn’t have been more accommodating 😊"
