"as far as accommodations in Kata Beach, it is a great value. it's only a short walk to the beach and it has plenty of parking which parking is hard to find in Kata. 15 minute taxi ride to Patong Beach. very family friendly and not crowded like Patong Beach. definitely better for families."

"I've stayed here many times before and its always been excellent. This time i booked a villa but there was construction so it wasnt available. They moved us to a different sister- hotel near by to a room that was quite nice, but not the villa i booked. It was a good compromise, and I dont like to complain, but i was really looking forward to that villa. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Kata Palm we thought it was good value. It’s a beautiful serene setting especially the pool and the refurbished rooms are great. They are currently doing construction so you would want to check your room is away from any noise. The staff were all fantastic to deal with, especially Sutisa at the tour desk who helped with our activities. The area in Kata is near the beach and lot of great restaurants. The breakfast was fine, it changed daily and there was plenty to eat"
