"Everything was as expected but starting to do construction a floor above at 9am was a bit uncalled for. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in. Otherwise a bit of outdated bathroom fixtures that were leaking but for the price it wasnt bad all in all"

"We stayed 5 nights and would not recommend this hotel for multiple reasons. The pros: the pool is quite nice and clean, even though there is only 5 chairs and 2 umbrellas available. The bed was clean. The location in Kata / Karon is good, close to two beaches, the Kata night market and multiple shops and restaurants. The cons: First, you need to know that this area is also known as « Little Russia ». So if you are Russian, speak / read Russian and love Russian music, this is the place to...

"Sugar Ohana is a simply hotel, very clean and has a very good location, close to Kata Street Market(3-5 minutes walking) and a 10 minutes walking from Kata Beach. I do recommend this hotel for a short trip to Phuket Island!"

"The address was marked as "near the beach" and made a reservation, but the actual location is far away to travel by taxi. I stay with big mouse. The mouse came down the curtain every night. And ate our food and disappeared. The manager treated me as a strange person, saying that a mouse lives near the restaurant. I had to pay an expensive electricity bill of $40 for four nights. I've been traveling to Phuket for 23 years, but I don't want to go to Phuket anymore. "
