"A really well kept house and property. Our room was large and bathroom was modern. It was very comfortable. Good wifi throughout.

The host communicated well. We were asked to make our full payment by bank transfer soon after booking. This may seem odd for people from some countries and cause for concern, but is apparently normal in Germany."
"Wir waren als Familie nur für eine Nacht in der Jugendherberge Lindau, möchten aber die Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft sowie Sauberkeit (vor allen Dingen auch WCs und Duschen) und die wirklich schöne Einrichtung erwähnen. "It’s right in the middle of town. 8min walk to the train station, about 10-12 to the festspiele. The best thing about the place was the staff, especially the one in charge, very friendly, welcoming, if I went back to Bregenz I would only stay here. The walls are a little thin, and there are some things I’d change but overall I liked it a lot. "

A friendly welcome (including welcome drink voucher, with the resulting cocktail delicious), great, varied breakfast, comfortable and quiet rooms and a great spa area this made for a memorable stay. Added bonus is the bar on the lake itself. Free parking with plenty of room and close to many towns and trails across the Bodensee region, and even further into Bavaria if you fancy driving."

Helped us out with some sundries as well. Recently remodeled, quiet and modern with a fun little shop and good security measures in place after 8.
