Then the warm welcome continues in the room finding chocolate fruits etc .. and very attentive staff at the breakfast the next morning helping out with a last minute one for me. Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! "This is a wonderful place to stay in Lindau. The staff was exemplary, the morning breakfast buffet was delicious - and it also had an outdoor seating area with lovely views. The outside seating can be accessed throughout the day and was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. The room was spotless with great amenities. They also offer a "honor bar" in the lobby with snacks, drinks, wine and beer. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance as well."

"The room was comfortable, staff was helpful and friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is nearby to all that Bregenz has to offer The only negative is the lack of parking. Only 4 spots are available for patrons and the option is to park in the street. which costs just under 8 Euros. While it is a simple process with many self-serve pay stations, doing this at midnight is a pain."

"This is a lovely aprtment for 2 people. It has a well-equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with a useful washing machine and a very good shower unit (note: no bath), a comfortable and cosy living room with dining table, sofa and armchair with foot stool,, and a bedroom with double bed. There is also a terrace with a small table suitable for two to have breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. The view ffrom the terrace in charming. The location is near to town and takes about 7 minutes walk downhill from the apartment. The one thing to note is that the last 200 metres of the walk back from town involve two quite steep slopes.This may limit how amny times a day you want to go up and down to town by foot. We did not find this to be much of problem but having bad knees I tok the steep slope slowly (alternatively one could get a taxi; obviously there would be no issue for anyone with their own car and their is parking space at the apartment). The hosts, who live abover the aprtment, were charming and welcoming but left us alone to enjoy our stay in the lovely town of Bregenz which has excellent shops and restaurants, a wonderful music festival and easy access to boat trips on the lake and mountain walks."
