"Love staying here! We choose this hotel when we play the soccer tournament at Garmin every year. This year the tournament was Mother’s Day weekend and with a 7am game on Mother’s Day this hotel made up for having to get up that early. When I stay here I feel like I’m being pampered. The extra money you spend will definitely be worth it with the amazing FREE breakfast, convenience, comfort, great restaurant, head to the rooftop bar after you turn in your complimentary 2 drink ticket."

"Pros :The property has gone through some recent renovations which was nice as some of the recent reviews made me believe that only some of the rooms were updated. Check in for me was quick. I had 2 rooms reserved and we got them side by side. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The area in Overland Park was easy to get to and parking was good, however they shouldn't be charging $7/day to park, I feel like this is a nickel and dime charge and should be re-evaluated. "I have stayed here many times. It has a nice location near KU med center. It has shopping center and restaurants nearby. It has easy access to the interstate.It's actually located in a somewhat quiet area. It has been showing signs of age though lately."
