Beautifully remodeled home located in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of the KC metro. If your family is visiting KC or if your'e just looking for the perfect family stay-cation, then look no further. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 7-10 persons comfortably with an open floor plan and plenty of space. It features a beautiful newly renovated private swimming pool on a 3/4 acre lot with manicured landscaping, and ample patio furniture for enjoying time in the sun and around the pool. There is plenty of space for the kids to play in the back yard or up front in the quiet cul-de-sac, plus they will love 1/4 Court Basketball area with 10ft goal, playing pool volleyball (supplied), or playing ping pong in the finished basement. The pool deck with two umbrella tables and outdoor BBQ grill are perfect for family birthday parties or reunions. Major highway access is only 5 minutes away and most of the sought after Kansas City attractions such as The Plaza, Legends Racetrack, Arrowhead Stadium & Worlds of Fun theme parks are within a 15-30 minute drive.

Perfect Spot for a Family Reunion – Beautiful Home & Exceptional Host!

We had a wonderful stay for our family reunion! The home was a great place to gather—plenty of space, and the rooms were fresh, clean, and inviting. The kids were so happy with the pool and hot tub! Shaymond was an outstanding host—very communicative and helpful. He even stopped by personally to assist with the backyard lights, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this property for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-cared-for home base!

Will stay again!

I stayed here for a week with my two daughters (10 and 6), and we have zero complaints! Location is about 15 minutes from all the things we wanted to do (zoo, science museum, plaza, etc) and is in a neighborhood where we felt safe. The house is exactly as described, but ALSO includes lots of little extras we weren't expecting (nice toiletries, extra fans in the closets, laundry and soap detergent, some snacks and much more). Will definitely return next time we come to KC!

Medical Treatment

This house has everything that you need to have a good time. Sadly we were there for medical treatment at KU and did not get to enjoy all the house had to offer but I would love to come back. There is something for everyone here and the neighborhood is very quite and safe. The hosts were wonderful to work with and responded very quickly. Highly recommend this house.

Family Retreat

We had an amazing stay at Shaymond and Amber’s home! All five stars for sure. We absolutely loved the pool and the large backyard, which provided plenty of space for our family to relax and enjoy. The basement was fantastic with all the games, and extra space. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dining ware, making meal prep a breeze. The house was spotless and well-maintained. We were in town for a baseball tournament, and this home was the perfect retreat after long days at the field. Highly recommend!

Backyard Paradise - a great place for a staycation

I stayed with my husband and 2 older children (one in their later teens and 1 adult). We greatly enjoyed the backyard - the pool, hot tub and basketball area were great. We did outings during the day but rented the house for a 50/50 vacation/staycation. It was very hot during our stay so the pool was wonderful. Now towards dusk the mosquitoes were a bit too friendly, but that is to be expected. The host was a great communicator. He was very quick to answer any questions and I ask a lot of questions! The place was fine for my family but I would take note with young children or older grandparents here were steps and some quite steep esp to access the basement. The house was fully equipped with most everything we needed.
