"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. Location is very quaint and I loved all the statues decorating the place. The bath was super nice! Would recommend staying here and getting the dinner & breakfast experience - the food smelt so good! Maria showed us around the complex including access to a footbath and a beautiful, onsen that is available for anyone staying at Kaede to use - you just turn on a light indicating it is in use and others wont bother you. "宿泊者が2組というびっくり。チェックインのとき、30分後に食事と言われ、これまたびっくり。こちらから指定ができずお風呂もそこそこにすぐに食事となる。前日に宿泊確認の電話があったときに、19時ぐらいになると伝えたのだから、その時に食事の時間を言って欲しかった。 また、「お部屋を広い部屋にしました」と、しかしそこは身障者用で、キーが膝下あたりにあり、とてもしにくく、また、お部屋も広すぎて、トイレも遠くそして、広すぎて落ち着かない。 多分、2組だけだから1つの階にまとめたかったんだと思うけど…これは、そちらの都合であって、私達は不満でたまらなかった。部屋は、元に戻してもらった。 また、氷をお願いしたら有料330円。今まで色んなホテルに宿泊したけど、有料って初めてであった。 コロナウイルスで宿泊者が少なく、なんとか経費を押さえてしようとするのはわかるけど、宿泊目線でないことにとても残念であった。"
