"We wanted to stay near Usa Shrine and Usa Station, so it was good location wise (5-minute drive to shrine, 2-minute drive to station) But from the price, we expected a nicer place. The room and onsen were quite outdated, but the staff was very kind and the food was good."

"Super hospitality despite the language barrier, a very charming small inn. Only a few minutes from the train station, and an easy walk to the center as well. Lots of small, nice touches and a fully equipped kitchen for guests. "

"Intimate and cosy ryokan, views of the mountains from the room were spectacular. Highlight was the dinner and breakfast, unique kaiseki experience!"

"A great little hidden gem in this area - we stayed here as a stopover to our next location. Room was clean and super cozy. Staff was very nice and helpful with us settling in. Location is very quaint and I loved all the statues decorating the place. The bath was super nice! Would recommend staying here and getting the dinner & breakfast experience - the food smelt so good! "

"소라칸(6층)에서 바라보는 벳부의 전경이 인상깊게 남았다. 생각했던거보다 넓은 방에 여닫이 문으로 나눠져있는 다다미방도 좋았다. 실내와 실외에 있는 욕탕은 사용하기에 편했지만, 한가지 아쉬운것은 온천수가 미리 받아져 있다는거…사용할때 직접 받아서 하는 시스템이면 더 좋았을거라 생각한다. 그리고 실외는 많은 나무들로 모기가 좀 많았지만 부슬부슬 내리는 비를 맞으면서 따뜻한 온천물에 앉아서 자연과 어우러지는 기분은 넘 좋았다. 우리는 이틀을 묵어서 각기 다른 조식과 석식을 예약했었고 아주 대 만족, 코스마다 제공되는 양이 적어서 좀 걱정했는데, 풀코스를 다 먹은후 배부른 포만감에 정성이 담긴 직원들의 서비스가 좋았다. 풀코스 마사지도 좋았고, 전체적인 호텔 분위기나 제공되는 서비스로 그리고 주변에 있는 유명 온천을 도보로 구경하기에 호텔 위치도 좋았고, 편하게 쉬고 즐긴 온천 여행이였다."
