"The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. There was a charging cable provided. The spa was excellent - well maintained, large, hot pools on two floors including the rooftop Onsen which was enjoyable. Nice toiletries at the spa. Enjoyed the mushroom tea from the lobby. Very close to Oita Station, take lift to level 8 to hotel lobby. Food easily accessible at Amu Plaza."

"This was our first visit to beppu and first stay at this location. At first glance it looks older, but the staff met us halfway as we walked from the bus stop. This was the only hotel that did that and highlighted the start of a great stay with great service. They took us all the way to the front desk and provided us great service to the room. We chose a private open air Onsen and traditional setting, which they fixed our rooms each day. We could see the ocean on one side and mountain (for fire festival) on the other. Great location to everything and would definitely stay again. "
