Informed that staff at the reception counter, they get the hosukeeping staff to check. When we came back to the room, we found that the usb port has been rectified, Good service 3) At check out counter At check out , the staff took an extra effort to print out to show that the credit card transaction was cancelled. Good service,. In addition, while queuing to check out, there were some people that tried to jump queue by standing behind the counter instead of standing at the queue pole. The staff redirected these people to stand at the queue pole which is fair for the rest of people queuing behind. Bravo effort This the second time staying in this hotel after 3 year. the service standard is high . The hotel location is central location with malls. Highly recommend to friends "

"Colonial style hotel with very nice staff and views. Spacious clean rooms and large bathroom. Buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Love the atmosphere and the location. "

"Amazing stay, friendly staff and beautiful views of the coast from our upgraded room with sea views. Got the breakfast upgrade and it was worth it at $2/pp. Across the hotel is a skatepart and slides which is part of Pennangs expansion project so this hotel is a central location for enjoying the facilities being built. If you like halal food just go out of the hotel and walk, left, it'll have th best street food, halal wagyu, and a fresh seafood spot called Ikran Bakar and they fry you fresh fish with some spicy paste on top and its to die for. Also a short walk from the mall where you can buy a long board to get around like i did."
