"1. Saw a snake at gym entrance 2. Have more varieties of pastries / cakes / non alcoholic drinks at the pelangi bar beachfront for everyone to enjoy 3. To have electric scooters for rentals 4. Pelangi grill area was too hot during our seafood dinner.. no aircon as it was open air n no wind 5. Overall pleasant stay 4.9 stars! "

"Dayang Bay Resort exceeded my expectations! I requested a high-floor sea view room, and to my delight, they upgraded me to a stunning room on level 6 with a breathtaking view of Maha Tower. The view was truly unforgettable. The staff's excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Pro tip for future guests: If you can, aim for a sea view room on the sixth floor. It makes a huge difference!"

"The resort is vast and a complimentary shuttle bus service is needed between locations. The facilities and staff are first class. I thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay in a Rainforest chalet. I saw lots of native wildlife whilst there. I would recommend this resort to anyone visiting Langkawi."

"A good property for the price. It has a lovely pool and well maintained gardens. Breakfast was good with many options available. Rooms, whilst comfortable, are looking somewhat tired and in need of renovation, particularly bathrooms. The new infinity pool requires payment to use and very few people bother. Seems such a waste for a beautiful facility to sit empty. They need to drop this charge or make it adults only. "

Their facilities were great and they have various activities that kept us company during the trip, we truly enjoy the sunset and sunrise yoga session with ChaCha. "The location is beautiful and understandable that it is in an ancient rainforest, however it doesn’t excuse the mould in some of the rooms or the hair that was clogging the sinks and showers. On arrival we decided to have lunch as they prepped our room, we found flies in our salads, not one but three. We had a 1.5 year old with us, so you can only imagine our shock when the room smelt of damp. They finally agreed to changing our room to only find more damp growing even on the pictures displayed...

"Frangipani remains a relaxing choice on Langkawi. A little tired in places but still green and spacious with direct access to a long patch of quiet beach. Good breakfast 50 rm . Immediate locality is disappointing several sites along road derelict post COVID and fewer local eateries but hotel itself remains well run"
