"Hotel was conveniently located about 15min by foot to the train station and close to bus stops. Gym was clean and well maintained. Laundry is available if needed. Hotel has 2 restaurants as well as a bakery for a quick morning breakfast if desired. What was lacking is a small convenience store to purchase drinks/snacks/toiletries since there isn’t one nearby. Room was efficient and clean but very small. We had the 4 person family room."

"This was our first trip to japan and honestly it could not have been better. First of all, this hotel is a 5 minute walk from the train station. You have two 7/11 within walking distance as well as a small market, drugstores, mcdonald's if you're picky, and multiple small businesses. Neighborhood is incredibly calm and it is really nice taking a night stroll. Rooms in japan i've heard are quite crowded but i think our small room gave us all the space we needed. Bathtub was a bit small but hey nothing you can't work with. Room was clean, they provide you with towels, robes, bathroom necessities, and even some sandals. We never had an issue with the AC, you get a remote to control it and it works wonderfully. 10/10 stay in my opinion and would recommend staying if in the area."

"We had a great stay here as a family of 4. Convenient, clean, and spacious as Tokyo hotel rooms go. And the staff went above and beyond in a situation where we caused a problem. We thought we had booked one more night and were out visiting sites. But our stay had expired and the staff couldn't reach us about checkout. They needed it cleaned for a new guest. So they packed up our stuff and stored it for us until we arrived later in the afternoon. And they were very understanding and nice after our mistake. We highly highly recommend this hotel."

"I stayed for 2 nights. My room was a nice size and very nicely furnished. I had a hard time adjusting the room to a comfortable temperature- I think it is very eco friendly so it took a long time for the room to cool off. Fortunately I had a water bottle with me for taking drinking water to the room. It would be nice if they would resupply the coffee powder each morning, there were only 2 sticks. Again fortunately I had my own. They could leave a small bag on the door handle or offer them at the counter by request. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but that is not as nice."
