"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Just so all are aware no elevator or pool on this property. Extremely close to the lovely beaches. Hotel provided umbrellas, mats and large towels for use at the beach. Has a delightful coffee shop on the main floor. "

Besides this reservation Hotels.com screwed me on another in Siem Reap Cambodia. I was unable to get there do to my Service Dog and getting to Siem Reap on time for the booking but you charged me with no refunds. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. "They are in the process of upgrading rooms so our room did not have a wardrobe or safe. While we were there they installed a shelf in the bathroom. We were on the forth floor and had a balcony/patio with a nice view of the beach. We would stay there again."
