"This is a nice property however the guest room locations are a bit of a hike. We had to take the golf cart to and from our room. We did get an upgrade with a large washroom and plunge pool, which was nice. The amenities were great. Nice pool and lounge area. The only downfall is that because the hotel has taxi agreements, it is difficult to get a Grab taxi to come to the resort. Also, Kamala beach is very rocky."

"Have stayed couple of times here and over the time it has gone down but still a nice place to enjoy."

"As soon as the taxi pulled up to the property, someone was there to unload our bags with a cart. We were shown the outdoor lobby and front desk. We experienced nothing but greeting and smiles. After check in, we were shown our room, and our bags were unloaded in the room for us. We stayed 21 nights and it was wonderful. Clean room, wonderful pool, and a walk across the street and over a small bridge, you were on the beach. Pleny of restaurants and a 7-11 a couple of doors down. I would like to thank everyone at the Princess Kamala for a wonderful three week stay. Thank you!"

"Disgusting, staff very bad , bed had stain , food is smell bad , area is safe , nothing good there , I booked it for five days , I only stayed one day I don’t know how I slept there one night , then I changed hotel , they didn’t refund any money , there are money hungry , I don’t recommend this hotel even for free I will never go there be aware "
