"Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!"

"This property had lush, green, grounds right on the beach which looked amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well and had adequate parking and a security guard. The room was very spacious, clean, with a small patio where you can observe different birds flying around. There are many restaurants that are within 7 minutes walk and various currency exchange shops. The only negative is that the wait staff in the dining area needs to be more consistent in their interaction with guests because they would cater to some while others had to fend for themselves. The breakfast was also very good but the only downside was that the juice was made from concentrate and not freshly squeezed."
"So outrigger is an excellent hotel chain. It is a true higher end 4 star hotel. That being said, I have stayed at world class hotels al over Thailand and the Surin outrigger has the best trained staff I have seen at any hotel. They are exceptional, everyone working there is just so kind and accommodating always. I always stay here when I come to Phuket.
Also the breakfast is top notch as well;) "
