"We really enjoyed our stay here! The home was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and there were many thoughtful amenities provided for the beach, which made our trip even easier. You can feel the Aloha spirit in how the owner communicates—she was so flexible, quick to respond, and truly helpful throughout our stay.One small note for future guests: while the photos give the impression of a clear ocean view from the front window, there are other buildings that partially obstruct it. This wasn’t a problem for us at all, since the beach is just a few steps away, and we spent our time enjoying the view right by the water. The small AC unit doesn’t cool the house drastically, so if you’re not comfortable opening the front and back doors to let the tradewinds breeze through, that’s something to keep in mind.One of the absolute highlights was visiting the beach late at night and seeing 10–15 turtles resting on the shore (just remember to keep your distance and avoid flashlights or flash photography). Another magical moment was heading out around 5:15 a.m. to watch the turtles return to the sea as the sun rose—a truly special experience.All in all, this home provided the perfect setting for relaxation, comfort, and memorable moments. Mahalo for such a great stay! We hope to come back! "
"Great house and better location for our ohana of 16. Our kids had the best time making memories with the included boogie boards and surf boards. The adults made good use of the outside patio overlooking the water. Fantastic location for PCC, Shark’s Cove, and desirable eating options. "

"House was clean. Process was good. Location on the east side of the island provides a better feel for true Hawaii and avoids the more touristy, commercial areas. I’d stay here again. "
"Dave and Kristen are the perfect hosts, and their penthouse condo is the perfect place to stay! We were a party of 11 aged 9 to 70 and this was the perfect stay for all of us! The condo was comfortable and well-stocked, the beach area is perfect for sunbathing, snorkeling, and swimming. The condo was well stocked with beach and water gear also! The view is magnificent, and the unit is centrally located close to shops, restaurants and attractions. There were turtles on our beach each morning and evening and the kids even saw them while snorkeling. I highly recommend staying here - my entire family gave it a 10/10. "
"It was the perfect size for me and my spouse. There was construction happening during business hrs, but they weren’t too loud. We loved how close the cottage was to the beach. The lanai was the best part: eating our meals with the ocean breeze. If we had to complain about something, we would say that it does get warm in the cottage. We understand many places in hawaii don’t have ac units, so we knew what we had coming. We tried leaving all the windows open to let the air flow through, so it helped a little. Terrie is great with communication. Answered all our questions when needed. "
