"Absolutely amazing, brilliant staff, food & hotel! We upgraded our room to a suite on arrival as the smaller rooms are pretty small & dark, definitely would do this on arrival it’s €25/30 a night. The only problem is the sunbeds. They get taken by 9am & staff removed belongings on random days which can be an issue, doesn’t seem to be enough sunbeds for the guests at the hotel. I couldn’t recommended the staff and food highly enough, will defo be returning!! "

"We are a family of 4 returning from a 5night stay at Mitsis Alila and had a great time. The facilities are are good and food in the al a carte restaurants were really delicious. The food at the buffet restaurant is a bit bland and boring but we were able to book the a la carte restaurants quite easily. The 1st night we were given a room near one of the adult bars which was noisy until about 2am but once we reported this to reception, they immediately changed our room and gave us a room upgrade which was really appreciated. Would definitely return here again in the future. "

"Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar staff (where I spent most of my time lol) are really courteous. By the end of it they knew me by name and the holiday felt wholesome! I will definitely be returning and I will definitely be exploring their partner hotels. Thank you to Kiki and the reception team on 07.05.25; incredibly hospitable staff!! "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, the experience was amazing. The level of service was fantastic. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I especially want to give thanks to Soubi the Barman who looked after us all holiday. You are a credit to the hotel. The room was very clean and had an amazing sea views from the balcony. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and everything—from the linens to the bathroom—was spotless. The amenities were another highlight. Whether it was the fitness centre, sports facilities, pool or on-site dining options, everything was to an excellent standard. One of the standout features of my visit was the hotel’s onsite restaurants. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, the service was great, and nearly every dish I tried was absolutely delicious. There was only one of the restaurants that we didn’t really enjoy which was the grill. However It’s rare to find a hotel with such a large choice of restaurants that could easily stand on thier own, but these exceeded all expectations. All the staff work so hard and guest relations are always on hand if you require help booking into the restaurant. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay. We will certainly be returning. "

"What can i say about Esperos Village. This is the 5th time ive stayed here. The service has been excellent every time, from the reception and all the lovely ladies greeting us, to the rooms, the facilities are top notch. Generally, i would recommend this stunning hotel if you want some peace and quiet with a pinch of style. Well done to all at the hotel and the management for making out trip a memorable one. "The bus stops right outside the hotel were useful for getting to and from Rodos cheaply rather than relying on taxis. Also theres a taxi rank right over the road should you need it. Theres also supermarkets/ tavernas/ pharmacies in a walkable distance away should you need then. Staff were really helpful and welcoming, room was clean but could have done with a few more toiletries in the bathroom. The fridge in the room was a godsend for storing water! "
