"The property had everything you needed. Wifi, air conditioning, hot water, swimming pool and very reasonably priced . The location was great for Faliriaki, it was about a 5 minute walk to restaurants & bars and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very helpful. "From start to finish everything was perfect . Free Wi-Fi, free safe and rooms cleaned everyday . Nothing was too much trouble . Mr Costas the owners elderly father in law insisted on taking us to Rhodes Town when we was having trouble getting a taxi . The cleaner was always bright and cheery and always stopped to ask if you was ok and needed anything . Plenty of quality sun beds with cushions. Towels also provided which was an added bonus . All in all PERFECT "

The room we stayed was very clean and had a nice view of the sea, however there were a few things that were not so user/guest-friendly in the room. 1. it would be nice if there are a small table and 2 chairs in the room; 2. it is difficult to open the bathroom door when the bathmat is laid out; 3. there is no place to hang bath towels; 4. shampoo/soap rack was right by the rain showerhead, so I hit myself against the rack during the shower. "Do not book this property! Booked this in November as it was near our actual hotel & this was to have a room on out final day as we had late flights! Got there at check in only to be told in very poor English they had doubled booked - they sent us in a taxi to a hotel they told us was 2,mins away! When we finally arrived it took us 45 mins to walk back to our hotel & the hotel room was not any better than a hostel! Very disappointed - we should have been told before hand! "

"This property double booked our room. We were not able to stay there yet we paid expedia on line in advance They have no explaination and we’re not honest in their explaination. "I rate the hotel on the quality of sleep we had, which was BAD. The hotel was clean, staff nice, room large and decent. Nice safe neighborhood away from the beach and the strip but also easily walkable. Our sink was clogged when we arrived and they drained it immediately. Phew.
