"I booked this hotel mainly for its airport shuttle. Even though there’s only one to the airport in the morning, they went above and beyond to help and accommodate me. The room was massive and provided absolutely lovely views. I do have tattoos so they had to be covered when entering the bath. The building is old and smells of moisture, which I think comes with running an onsen. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"The staff members are very nice. However, I am disappointed at the room cleanliness. When I checked in, I found there is hair in the bathroom. Obviously, the staff did not thoroughly clean the bathroom. When I came back on the second night, my room was cleaned but the warm table (kotatsu?) was not neatly placed. The tidiness of the room is very disappointing. "
