Except that it's pretty expensive and with additional resort fees (even if you have no intention to use anything extra, you're charged) and parking fees, it's a beautiful place. Chairs, lounges, umbrellas, etc. were in excellent shape. Clean place and as well as beach and location was great! "

"This was our second time staying at the Mahana. Our first time here was in 2020, and now in 2024. The rooms continue to be top notch, and the views are always wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom premium condo in 2020 and a 1 bedroom standard room in 2024. We could definitely tell the difference between the two types of rooms and will book the premium condo on our next stay here. Furnishings like patio and living room furniture is higher quality for sure in the premium condos. Parking is free and plentiful, and the grounds with all of the palm trees and landscaping was very well cared for. "

"Second trip to Honua Kai Resort, leaving super relaxed. We love the location as its on the Beach Walk-Boardwalk Northend of Kaanapali, close to shops without the crowding of the other resorts. My family loves Hula Pie at Duke's and the waterslide in the main pool. The staff are attentive and friendly across thebresort. We wish they would invest in a few activities like nearby resorts with cornhole and other outdoor games for the family in the grassy areas. Condos are perfect size for a family with a full sized table on the lanai makes morning sunrise coffee and breakfast a family event and evening sunsets quiet and relaxing. The spa was amazing from the front desk scheduling and check in to Joseph's outstanding massage. "
