"Byward is a charming well-located motel. Staff were friendly and helpfull. There are two outstanding problems for us. 1. the air conditioner faces directly at the beds, and we had a headache in the morning with cold air blowing directly at our heads, and it was too hot to turn it off or raise the temperature. 2. the bathroom fan was so very loud These two problems aside, we had a pretty good stay at the hotel.."
