"The room was not great. There was cigarette marks on the comforter and sheets. The room faced the fire station which had multiple calls a night and kept us awake. Overall not a great experience. "

"Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is old and tired. The weather was starting to get warm during the day, and as there is no AC the hotel shut the heat off during the day. When asked they did provide a blanket and heater. Since it was snowing they turned the heat on. I had access to the business lounge but it is only open during breakfast and dinner for a few hours. Other restaurants only open certain hours. Easy walk to stadium."

"We stayed in one of the Jr Executive rooms. The room is big. The bed was not comfortable for our liking as the mattress was too soft and you will sink eventually. Kids did not like the mattress as well. The sofa bed was not good at all the mattress was not usable as it was maybe too old? Not firm at all. We requested a rolling bed which was very good single bed size very good mattress. We missed the parking part which ends up to be $45 per day. Bistro not very child friendly for food. Wifi was good we were 5 with all using electronics so no complains. Tv you can login to your own Netflix. Overal due to the mattress not comfortable we might not stay there again if we don’t have to. "

"We chose to pay the high price of staying at this hotel for convenience of location. We thought it would save time from driving etc. But we spent so much time waiting. Waiting to check in, waiting for rooms, waiting for the elevator every time we needed to go to our room. We also had to unfortunately be part of a fire drill at 3 am. Which understandably can happen, but then we waited another 45 minutes to an hour for the elevator. After walking down 21 flights of stairs, waiting outside for half an hour and then waiting another 30 minutes in the lobby, then a 45 minute elevator wait, we inquired if there was water available to which we were told no. Its clear paying high price for the convenience of the location is not convenient when you spend many hours in your one night stay waiting in line for a elevator. We also paid $65 for parking, and when we called down to request our car we were told no we had to come down to the lobby to ask for our car, to which we did and guess what. We had to wait another 20 minutes for our car to be brought around. Not worth it in my opinion, we will not be staying at this hotel again. "
