"The hotel is ideally situated for the town centre and river Rhine. Good transport links close by. The room was small but comfortable with all i needed. Breakfast was continental and was sufficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Everybody should know that you have to read the little text of the booking carefully before coming to this hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. They require photo of you ID and of the credit card before coming even if you have paid the room in advance. Only then you get the code for the entrance and to your room. "The location is great! I was on a business trip to Bonn-Rhein-Sieg Sankt Augustin and it’s around 5 mins by train, the train station is next to the hotel with access to Bonn, cologne and others, there are many restaurants in front. The self check in is easy"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. Most of the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean in all areas and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent, the pool, sauna and steam were in good working order. The service at the 24/7 bar was excellent. The location was really good, lots of travel facilities and plenty of local restaurants etc. Beautiful views of the river from the rear of the building. The only downside was no complimentary late check out (most hotels do offer this). However, besides that minor point, would recommend a stay at this hotel for sure. "

"The hotel reception staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely and lots to choose from Our room was really nice. Cleaned every day. We booked a Deluxe Suite with kingsize bed. Very spacious. Lovely bathroom. We were on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of the Cathedral Would definately recommend staying here "
