"The property was very quaint. Very clean. The area was close to eveything and very quiet at night. The shower head kept falling as the holder was loose but the water pressure was good. The kettle did not work. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The heating rack and heater in the room worked very well. Very little toilet paper but the linens were good and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Extremely hot with opening ground floor windows as only option for relief. People walking by looked in. Only way to get relief at night was same……nit a very safe way to sleep. We left early and would definitely never use again. We knew there was no ac but had no idea there would be no air flow or a safety issue when using windows. We left a day early and was able to get into our Paris room (with ac) a day early."

We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. "This was absolutely what we wanted, a nice quiet place - the garden is so big it felt like our own secluded woodland. Nice countryside nearby - try Cleres, Pavilly, and the wooded valleys locally. Rouen's a short drive, lots of other charming places only a little further away.. If you don't speak any French I expect Sandrine's enthusiasm and welcoming approach will still sail through the language barrier. Loved it."

Superb quiet hotel with great staff and parking
"Stayed here for 2 nights as an emergency place to stay as I had mechanical problems on my bike. The staff were absolutely superb. The receptionist was delightful and very helpful making recommendations on where to visit and how to travel on the excellent, cheap and frequent bus service into town. Car park was very large and felt secure too. There is a big retail park next door which was very handy too. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows and bedding superb. A good hot shower and large towels were very much appreciated. Rouen is a spectacular town and 2 days was really insufficient to appreciate everything it has to offer. Would I stay here again ? Most definitely YES !"
