"The lanehouse is quiet and compact but the building is not kept up well (broken faucet and cupboard door in the kitchen, walls and baseboards dirty) and there weren’t enough blankets the first night. Communication with the property manager was good and they were able to find us extra blankets but it was disappointing. "Visited Ryan's place as a first time trip to Vancouver for a concert at Pacific Coliseum. It was a great location for my needs. Just a quick bus ride or Lyft / Uber to downtown. The place has all the amenities one would need, with bonuses. The host went above and beyond to recommend dining options as well. There is grocery, beer / liquor, and dining options nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"This was a very comfy apartment to stay in. The beds were comfortable, shower good, kitchen good, location great. At times there was a lot of noise from upstairs. There was a dog running around and a child playing, and it started earlier than we wanted to get out of bed. If you're used to apartment living you would probably not be bothered by it as muchas we were."
