The property was nice and clean, the owner respinded quickly when i asked about where we should park and code to get into thw property. Yes you heard some traffic noise when someone reved up their engine, but it was very quiet for us. "Very new studio set apart from main residence. In a quiet neighborhood of fine homes. Close to shopping and dining. Not the best advance communication with the host, but home residents very helpful to get us situated. Studio lacks a few minor details, but otherwise all the important and expected items are in place for a very satisfactorily stay. "

"Oscar is a gentleman and very responsive in accommodating guests' needs. The living room/kitchen area needs a little more attention eventhough they already did a good job on it (as we know there's always room for improvement). Bedrooms were great in bedding but uncomfortably cold and we didn't have control over it until I called Oscar. Overall it was a good stay I'll go back again if I'm in the area. "
