"Beautiful heritage building with a quirky elevator, but I liked the character. Very large bedroom, living room, kitchen, etc. Clawfoot tub. On the negative side, next to the skytrain track so tended to hear that until trains stopped. It might get very hot in the summer, as we only had fans, no AC. Various social services nearby so some may be uncomfortable with the area. Staff were great!"

"We live in Alberta, i was born and raised in White Rock, seniors now. Came to visit family and then heading on an Alaskan cruise on the 26th. The only sad thing about White Rock, nothing looked the same from when i grew up. But still beautiful. Im a proud White Rocker."

"The unit hosts two adults comfortably. Kitchen is well-appointed, bedroom area also has couch for watching tv. Washer/dryer unit is handy and efficient. On-street parking is quite convenient. Unit and neighborhood very quiet. The place is only about 5 minutes from grocery stores, great coffee shop (JJ Beans), restaurants, etc. A great bargain all around!"

"The proprty was very clean and roomy. Was further from Central Business District than I expected. But there was a bus stop right outside and it was easy and inexpensive to take a bus to get to the Skytrain station and go directly downtown. Building was very secure and in a nice residential area with an oriental grocery store next door. Landlord was very responsive and helpful."

"Very new studio set apart from main residence. In a quiet neighborhood of fine homes. Close to shopping and dining. Not the best advance communication with the host, but home residents very helpful to get us situated. Studio lacks a few minor details, but otherwise all the important and expected items are in place for a very satisfactorily stay. "

"My dog and I stayed in this place for two nights. There was a nice grassy back yard that was safely fenced. Property was in a quiet neighborhood and I felt completely safe there. Sandie was friendly and I felt welcome. For sure would stay there again!"

"Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite. "

"This is a nice property. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed some of the thoughtful touches the owner included. We were surprised to find snacks, coffee, games, books, paper, pencils, scissors, bath & shower necessities, cotton balls & cotton swabs. We didn't use everything but appreciated that the owners were looking out for vacationer's possible needs. The space was clean and the kitchen well equipped without being full of too many unnecessary items. The only items that might be an issue...

"I wanted to take my husband to canada as I enjoyed my last visit and wanted to explore more. The property was nice and clean, the owner respinded quickly when i asked about where we should park and code to get into thw property. Yes you heard some traffic noise when someone reved up their engine, but it was very quiet for us. Biggest thing i would suggest would be having ay least 2 hand towels for the bathroom and 2 for the kitchen, and a few wash cloths as it would make it easier washing of...

"At 11 pm Sunday night I got a text from VRBO stating the host had just cancelled our reservation. We were flying in at 8 am Monday morning. I had also spoken with the host 1 week earlier to ensure everything was in order as the 5 of us were running a horse show at Thunderbird and we’re working long hours. This put us in a horrible position. I called him and he said it was previously booked on another platform but we could stay till Friday morning. The house was ok but 1 tiny towel each (5 only),...
