"Staff was very friendly from the valet to the front desk, easy to check-in and out"

"People above us stomping on floor until early morning hours. People yelling in hallways , slamming doors …8pm at the bar there were so many children running around the lobby lounge area , unattended while parents were in the bar , children in the bar area in pajamas it was inappropriate. Nothing was done or said by staff. Kept awake until after 3am from hallway noise. Not expected from a Marriott. Very disappointed "

"We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. The renovated kitchen was nice and had everything we needed even though we didn't cook much except breakfast. All in all our stay was comfortable & in a wonderful location just outside the city & close enough to everything. Our goofy kids (who aren't used to older houses) joked the whole time about a ghost named Jessica that lives there. The only issue that we really had was temperature. The inability to control the thermostat was an issue as we are all fairly hot natured individuals...we definitely don't need the heater on 70. It definitely took a couple hours to get it adjusted one night, but someone in property management did adjust it. I would definitely stay there again. "
