"Clean room but not so friendly staffs at the cafeteria. Cleaning housekeepers opened door without knocking at 10:30AM (1.5 Hr before noon check out time) The hotel is at great location for being close to Eastman School of Music, but the streets were under construction during my visit in April 2026."

Super close to downtown and some good food and the neighborhood it’s in is very cool. Would totally stay again!"
