"What a treat to be able to find this gem! We have been riding our bicycles along the Erie Canal Trail for the past week and this place was a perfect stop for us to rest and recharge. Let’s start with the staff, they are first class and really make you feel at home. The rooms were outstanding and beds extremely comfortable. Once cleaned up, we made our way down to the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The service was outstanding and food as good as it gets. We all agree that Rochester and the Inn on Broadway are a future destination. "

"The listing says parking available, but you have to park on the street and move your car back and forth depending on the day you are there. The house looked decent when we first arrived, then we started noticing; the mold on the ceilings, the stains on the bedding and towels, mirrors and decorations with the price tags smack in the middle of them, a very small refrigerator, dirty dishes and cups, an old Keureg cup left in the machine, a bar of soap.. just a bunch of not so great surprises. Would not stay here again. "
