"The reason I needed a hotel room was related to losing power at my residence after a tornado. This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. The staff was respectful and understanding. Check in was quick. The lobby was clean. My hotel room was expectionally clean. When I enter a hotel room I pull back the covers on the bed and check the bathtub and the enter bathroom for cleanliness. The bed sheets were clean and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. I did not see any hair in the bathtub/shower or anywhere in the bathroom. If I need a hotel room again I will definitely return to the Best Western in Joliet, IL"
