"Worst experience ever the hotel has no hot water. Front desk told me it doesn’t work when the hotel is sold out. But once lots of people left my water was still cold. They charge you for new bed sheets if yours get dirty. The room had bugs also. The manager is a nasty lady that’s very rude and will not accommodate you she will just ignore you and threaten to call police on you"

"Great staff. Breakfast was very well maintained. Attentive staff. Great new facility."

"Our room was very clean; the staff was very helpful to questions we had; the parking lot was very convenient! We had a great experience staying here and would definitely stay here again!"

"It’s a wonderful place to stay"

"Honestly great and clean place to stay at. Good amount of amenities. The only thing that was weird and unexpected to me was having to pay almost $8 for overnight parking in a lot, not a fancy garage or anything just the open lot. Then again- this was the first “fancier” hotels i’ve stayed at- it just threw me off to pay for parking when others have regular parking."

"Best hotel ive stayed in"

"The room was clean, but I didn't care for the sliding bathroom door and I really didnt like how close the toilet was to the bathroom counter. There was barely enough room to use the bathroom so whoever designed that it was a bad decision. And if your overweight or a senior, it would be hard for them to use the toilet. Also from what I could tell you cant use the elevator in the garage to go up to the floor, which isnt good when you have heavy luggage. You have to use the stairs to go up there....

"Lady in front desk was upset cause we asked for water and no coffee downstairs"
