"Super clean and luxurious property and room. Well-stocked with full kitchen, washer/dryer appliances, and cleaning supplies. Nice facility with fitness room and outdoors fireplace. I could live here for my own mini-apartment in real life. Bed was a little small for two people, but still comfortable. Very nice staff and easy check-in process. Overall, 5/5 stars. Will definitely stay here again during my next stay in Kansas City."

"No microwave or safe in the room. Television didn’t work. (No signal.) Maintenance fixed it. The next morning-same problem. Hotel said it didn’t have my Expedia reservation—Even though I had my confirmation and payment receipt. Front desk staff told me to “Have a seat -This would take a while.” They did finally get me a room. Not a great start after a long travel day. But, hotel was fine. Great area-Well lit -Felt safe. Loved the fact that they accommodated dogs. Not an auspicious start, but I would stay there again."
