"Nice hotel. Great customer service. Has a wonderful and peaceful beach on the lake. You can go on kayak, included on reservation. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. AC works like a charm. Everything is quite delightful except for the food. Expensive and not that good. (Breakfast is OK, but lunch/Dinner menu not so much) I Do recommend this hotel. I'd definetely go back. (half hour trip from Airport or to tikal)"

"La alberca no era lo que esperaba "

"Loved the vibe this property had. My overall stay was pretty good, the food was made fresh to order, the staff were as helpful as possible as my Spanish is extremely limited. The room could have been a bit cleaner but it’s understandable it’s basically out in the forest so perfectly clean wasn’t expected. It was unfortunate the power was out for the majority of my last day stay, I was checking out so I didn’t bother to ask about it. I will say, I’m more than sure I was grossly over charged for...

"We loved out stay at Casa de Don David! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms were comfortable for our visit to Tikal. The food was also delicious. The staff helped us arrange a driver for airport pickup and dropoff as well as transportation to and from Tikal. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!"

"I loved it. You may too IF you like bare simple, ecological, country side style. Very affordable ! Good convenient location close to Tikal."

"Muy buenas instalaciones ambiente natural"

"It was gorgeous"

"Habitación súper limpia, personal atento y amable en todo momento. La vista al lago increíble. Invitados a regresar"

"I felt so welcomed and taken care of at Taitza. The owners and staff are kind and instrumental in facilitating my time navigating around Flores and Tikal. The property is a fair distance from the island but I was given boat rides to the city to meet my Tikal tour and my plane. Beautiful property, delicious food, highly recommended."

"Parqueo muy útil. No hay Restaurante adecuado. Está deteriorado por el tiempo, no tiene cerradura la puerta, TV no funciona ok."

"Mal servicio, no hay restaurante como indica la pagina. No fue una buena experiencia. Habitacion limpia, pero muy alejado de todo."

"The hotel, consisting of separate cabanas, is conveniently located on a main road near Flores, Guatemala. We arrived in a high-roof van with a roof rack and were able to access the property without any issues. We greatly enjoyed the grilled dinner for 4. The pool was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful!"

"Such a beautiful hotel!! The staff were amazing. It made our stay even nicer. Having a restaurant and bar on the property is a huge win!! So convenient, breakfast was delicious, and complementary with your stay. WIN!! So close to other restaurants, coffee bars and Lake front. Isla de Flores was magical! Would highly recommend staying here!"

"Cuando llegue aya al hotel me cobraron nuevamente y también le pagué a expidia entonces pagué doble por una abitacion desencantada por eso"

"Un poco elevado el costo por lo q ofrece, pero es un buen lugar muy cómodo"

"10/10 excellent, beautiful location and the staff was very attentive and super helpful. I had a tour before check in and they watched my luggage until I got back, very professional and stayed right by the water with a nice rooftop terrace definitely coming back and staying here !! 👏"
