"The stay was excellent. The staff r friendly and helpful. They always give a welcoming smile. I would like to suggest that the hotel line their dustbin especially the one inside the toilet because some guests absent-minded discard their toliet paper there, leaving behind a urine smell. While being green, the current methos is just not sustainable."

"I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. It was somewhat humid, though not hot. The room was overall just slightly less clean than the other one on a different floor. I thought that was odd for its inconsistency in experience."

"Had a beautiful full serviced apartment. Very comfortable. Property was stunning, but best of all was the shopping mall below and the metro stops just across the street. Was able to get around town without a car very easily. The service was pleasant, but being a frequent traveler, I do not ask for much. Easy check-in. It is in a higher end part of town. Very clean and safe. "

"The most I dislike about this hotel are the deposit policy, and also it’s very inconvenient for you to get back the room. It’s super long hallway. Usually other 5 stars hotel they will return your deposit money right way once I check out the room. But this hotel, it takes while. I have to called in and asked. It’s not make sense at all. Once the guest leave the hotel , they should not hold the deposit money. "
