"From the moment I checked in to the time I left the hotel, I had a wonderfully experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I cannot say that enough. My room was lovely and it was cleaned every day. I had a beautiful view. I never once heard my neighbors. I got great sleep and was able to walk to work. "Location was next to the stadium which was great since it’s why we were there. Personnel were polite and efficient. Bathroom seemed a little dirty to me, some hairs on the tub and black stains. Stains on sink area. Everything else was great. Very clean and comfortable,l. Couldn’t charge my phone since I didn’t bring part that goes into electric plug socket. Plugged my hearing aid charger in but they didn’t get charged which of course is a problem. Thank god the plug worked for my breathing...

"The hotel is in a beautiful part of Jersey City, very near the Newport Path Station and within walking distance of Hoboken. The area is very well kept and felt safe. The hotel building was well kept as well, but the actual apartment we were in needs a major update. The closet doors were falling off the hinges, the drain plug in tub as completely out and broken, mini blinds were broken and the windows have no screen or mechanism to protect one from falling out. (10th floor) "
