I good one of the new rooms, bathroom was great really clean and nice as well the new floor in general, except for the linen of the bed, one of the pillow had a stain and we found some hairs, the linen looks old

For the price, it is good choice for New York visiting. very convenient location to take public transportation to time square , just 5 min. Walking to bus station, and 20 min bus ride with $4.1 fare can take you arriving central of manhattan. Front desk is friendly, the building is old but they are doing maintenance construction. We spent almost all the time in New York City just came back for sleep, so everything is ok for me.

The corridors smell weird. The room and the bathroom is ok. The hotel is cheap. Location and free parking are the biggest strengths of this place. You are paying for the location....!

Worth the Value

Check-in was easy, fast and simple since I prepaid for the room. The front desk staff were nice and my room was clean. The hotel needs a renovation in general but overall it was valuable in having a quiet, calm space to lay my head in overnight.

The hotel is very old and in terrible condition. Everything looked dirty and poorly maintained. The building was under renovation, and we were not informed about it when we made the reservation. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty, and the shower curtains were filthy. It was a big disappointment. The only good thing was the staff — they were kind and helpful, but unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the rest of the experience.

It's an old beat up property but it's actually very clean and the rooms are large. Around the corner it's a very convenient shipping dining area. I'd stay here again

Dirty Hotel in a Great Location

The hotel states it was recently renovated. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I ever stayed in my life. The luggage cart was so dirty that I had to put newspapers on it before I would put my luggage on it. The walls in the room and bathroom were dirty. The a/c was cold in the room, but there's no a/c in the hallways on the 3rd floor. There's only one elevator in the whole hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's only a few minutes walk to the bus stop to take buses to New York City.
