"EXCELLENT hotel with real KING beds. Yes, the short walk to the subway station is...colorful, but not dangerous or threatening. Me and my wife came back from Manhattan by subway 6 nights in a row around 2 am without any problems. If you're affraid of your shadow, you can take a uber, but you will be missing out the feel of the city. Again, the hotel was PERFECT !"
