"Pool wasn't heated and the door was difficult to open. Breakfast was horrible and I complained to the manager. He told me "Well, you paid more for the Holiday Inn" and I told him that was not true at all! I was in this hotel 4 days and tried everything on the breakfast menu. The last day there were Hostess cupcakes and I hoped those were moist enough that they didn't get stuck in my throat... nope, dry Hostess cupcakes too. "Nice hotel"

"Clean room, great staff. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Person checking in was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and in very good condition. I asked how old the motel was and was informed it was 17 years old; I then asked when it was remodeled and informed it hasn't been. Extremely nice motel."

"What do you expect from a budget Motel. Yes, the rooms are dated but it's functional and the beds are really comfy. Ample free parking on site in a great location just a 10 minute walk to Jackson centre."

"The low price matched property. No carpet so noise carries from other rooms. Designated smoking areas were at entrance/exit doors, so get second hand smoke in hallways. Active train at back of property. Unfriendly staff. Have cash for deposit because might not get refunded if use credit card. Have to take out own trash or no deposit refunded."

"Clean and affordable for a one night stay on our trip to Florida"

"Residence Inn by Marriott Atlanta McDonough holds a special place in our hearts, as it saved us during a previous trip when another hotel was overbooked and left us stranded. We arrived before check-in and were warmly greeted by Wanda at the front desk. We only intended to drop off our luggage, but Wanda went above and beyond, allowing us to check in early and even upgrading our room! We were celebrating our 15th anniversary, which I'd mentioned in our booking, and Wanda truly made us feel...
