"I had planned a trip to Louisville and when I was searching for hotels, this one popped up. I like Fairfield Inn's because they are pretty consistent with quality from location to location. I also like the breakfast included with the stay. What I liked the best about this one is the price compared to across the bridge in Louisville. I saved ALOT of money here in Jeffersonville, Indiana and Jeffersonville had a lot to offer. The hotel is close enough to walk over to Hooters and this awesome place on the water called Upland. You could sit out on the deck and enjoy a beverage - and walk back to the hotel. If you want housekeeping, request it. We only had housekeeping once in a 7 night stay, but the front desk happily gave us more towels when needed. There was never a problem with parking, we always had a space out front. I needed to print out my itinerary and the front desk clerk was happy to do it. This was a good choice for my vacation stay!"

"The staff was fantastic! The front desk was very helpful when I called to inquire about something, very helpful at checkin and check out. We also had trouble getting the door to the pool area to open with our keycard and housekeeping was there and was adamant about helping us get in. When she couldn’t get it, she got another staff member to assist who eventually got it to work. The lady covering the breakfast area was also helpful. We appreciated the excellent customer service we received! "

"The location is great when attending Abbey Road on the River at Big 4 Station. It is within walking distance and the hotel has a nice selection of restaurants within walking distance."
