"Picked facility because it had airport shuttle. Did not give hours on website. Arrived 8:30 pm shuttle stopped running at 7pm . Had to rent a car."

"I love it when the person that checks you in at the front desk is friendly and personable. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the airport is very close and the airplanes are very loud."

"We had a couple of room problems at check-in, but Donovan took care of us and got us an agreeable suite. The room was large, clean and well equipped with a full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, in sink disposal and china and utensils. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Overall it was ideal for our 3 day visit."

"Room was dirty toilet not working properly stoped up.As soon as I checked in I took a pee and the toilet was stoped up.I told the gentleman at the front desk and he lied said they would take care of it but never did.Please don’t think because it has the name Microtel it’s a nice hotel.Live and learn want stay there any more"

"Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was available each day but not always well-stocked. Pool was closed. Shower water was tepid and water pressure low. A customer was stuck on the elevator for 45 minutes. We stayed here a year ago and it seemed to be in better shape. The best thing was the price."

"I did not have a pleasant stay at your establishment, I had to change rooms twice, the first room the toilet was out of order, the next room the dogs were constantly barking that was across from that room, I did not get a chance to move in there, the third room had black mold on the wall by the window. We finally moved into a room (not clean) at around 3am and we overslept and missed the wedding ceremony. "Hell Night" I tried to include the pictures but having difficulty."
